Certification description:

This certification is for basic core competency regarding conscious sedation. Information follows the guidelines of the following:

  • American Society of Anesthesiologists
  • American Heart Association
  • American College of Emergency Physicians
  • New England Journal of Medicine
  • Certification / Certificate of Course Completion prints after successful course completion
  • 2.0 continuing education contact hours
  • Renewal every two years
  • 50 Questions passing score of 85%
  • Each question provides and education module and evaluation component
  • Exam is confidential and can be repeated until a passing score is obtained at no additional charge
  • Training record database for all training
